I used to have a fancy website with lots of persuasive language, testimonials and certifications. People told me they loved it and it answered a lot of their questions. I hadn’t looked at it for 3 years and had no idea what it said. I felt cringiness re-reading it.

If you’ve got to this point, you’ve either been referred to me, seen something I’ve put out there that interests you or you want to ask me something. What I can tell you is that in any of those cases, the most effective next step is that we speak. It’s not effective that you read a load of bullshit coaching jargon.
